About

My path into this work began through my own search for healing and balance. What started as an interest in nutrition and cooking evolved into a deeper exploration of the nervous system, trauma, and the connection between inner health and outer radiance. Through my personal journey, I experienced how nourishment, sound, and intentional rituals can restore vitality in ways that go far beyond surface-level change. I trained as a holistic health coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and completed Compassionate Inquiry trauma-informed training. Alongside my work as a retreat chef and sound facilitator, I developed an approach that weaves together nutrition, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices.

Who I support

I primarily support women who feel disconnected from their bodies, depleted, or no longer fully radiant in their health, energy, and appearance. Many of my clients experience nervous system dysregulation, chronic stress, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, or a loss of vitality that affects both their inner well-being and outer glow.

Not the right fit

My work is best suited for individuals who are open to a holistic, body-based approach and willing to take an active role in their own healing process. I do not offer quick fixes or purely symptom-focused solutions, and my approach may not be the right fit for those looking for immediate results without making sustainable lifestyle changes.
