About

My path into this work began in 2018 during a wave of chronic UTIs, BV, yeast infections. I found myself in a frustrating cycle of doctor’s visits and repeated rounds of antibiotics. While they offered temporary relief, it became clear that taking antibiotics over and over again was not a sustainable long-term solution… so what was? I kept searching for a straightforward answer — a clear explanation, a quick fix - and true support. But after enough doctors' visits and brief appointments where symptoms were treated in isolation, I often left feeling dismissed and disconnected from my own body. I felt there was little space for nuance, context, or what was actually happening in my life. From then on, I knew I needed to take my health and life back into my own hands from a more self-empowered, educated, and holistic approach. Over time, the patterns became undeniable. Chronic stress — in my relationships, in my finances, in my nervous system — was directly impacting my gut and immune health. As my symptoms evolved into deeper digestive imbalances, I went all in. I experimented with elimination diets, parasite cleanses, testing, supplements, and countless protocols in search of clarity. Some things helped. Some didn’t. But what became increasingly clear was that no single protocol works in isolation — and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. That realization is what led me to study Integrative Nutrition and to become a certified holistic health coach. I wanted a deeper framework for understanding how food, stress, lifestyle, and mindset intersect — and to be able to offer the kind of thoughtful, personalized, root-cause support I never had. Through my training, I learned how interconnected our gut, brain, environment, and stress load truly are, and why balance in all areas of life and health is the true catalyst for sustainable long-term health and happiness. Rooted in a life-long quest for freedom, truth, and well-being, I empower and equip others with the tools and support to move, nourish, and create from a place of PLEASURE and EASE—and to find joy in the journey of well-being!

Who I support

I primarily support sensitive, overwhelmed individuals who feel stuck in cycles of burnout, overstimulation, and chronic stress. Many of my clients struggle with nervous system dysregulation, gut imbalances, food sensitivities, mood swings, and habits that feel hard to shift — even when they “know what to do.” My work focuses on simplifying nutrition, stabilizing the nervous system, and creating sustainable lifestyle changes that actually stick. I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent-leaning clients who need approaches tailored to how their brain and body function — not rigid protocols or productivity-driven wellness advice. At its core, my coaching is practical, compassionate, and personalized — helping people move out of overwhelm and into rhythms that feel nourishing, realistic, and safe.

Not the right fit

People who blindly trust conventional healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry. People who have fixed and linear ways of thinking.
